My Favorite Recipes
For the past 20 years I have been using a computer program called “Cook’n” to manage the hundreds of recipes I’ve gathered over the years. Previously they were all on scraps of paper and notecards and hidden away in a few dozen favorite cookbooks. Organizing all my favorite recipes was a real help in the kitchen, especially since I have a computer there to access it all with a simple click of the keys. I highly recommend this program to everyone.
Mark and I switched to a “whole food, plant based” vegan diet in 2011, and that gave me the impetus to expand my cooking skills to learn how to eat healthy and tasty foods on a daily basis. I thought it would be fun to share a few of the best recipes I have found or made up myself. Where possible I have included photos and of course, the recipes. Also, I’ve included a “Comment” section if you have a favorite recipe to share with me. Here’s to eating healthy and staying healthy!
